📅 This Friday, CIVCO will be hosting two important sessions at AVA 2025 that address the expanding role and associated risks of ultrasound.

The first session, presented by Dr. Amit Bahl (MD) and Matthew Gibson (RN CRNI VA-BC), "A Clearer View: Ultrasound's Advantage in IV Assessment" will examine how nearly 50% of IV insertions fail and over one-third of patients face difficult venous access.

The next session, presented by Russell Nassof (JD), "What's Beneath The Sheath" will address the legal risks of ultrasound probe usage, including probe disinfection controversies, contaminated gel outbreaks, and probe cover failures.
