1. Identify what it is that's bothering you. Identify your emotions and the emotions of others and feel it in your body

2. Accept feelings or what's going on. Pause and state your feelings to yourself. "I'm scared."

3. Respond to self. Partake in self-care by self-soothing. Realize that the emotion is temporary and will not last forever.

4. Began to move toward the response rather than reaction. Put thoughts and feelings into words, not action.

5. Seek social engagement. I don't want to .... but I am. Connect on a something positive first.

Become a master not a disaster at relationships by learning to manage your feelings and co-regulate your relationships! Decipher & use your feelings.
