This 60-min Hatha Vinyasa class blends the grounding, mindful pace of Hatha yoga with the gentle flow of Vinyasa. Perfect for both beginners and those with more yoga experience. You’ll move through foundational poses, breath awareness, and sequences that build strength, balance, and flexibility. The practice moves at an accessible pace, allowing time to align and explore each posture while enjoying the ease of flowing movement.

Join us for a cozy, connection-centered evening designed to support children and caregivers through the transition back to school. This special edition of Friday Night In will focus on co-regulation strategies to help families navigate big feelings and shifting routines with more ease.

Through gentle movement, playful mindfulness, and grounding somatic techniques, you and your child will explore ways to stay connected, regulated, and resourced together.

This event is ideal for elementary-aged children and their caregivers, but all ages are welcome. No prior experience with mindfulness or somatic practices is needed.

WHAT TO BRING
Comfortable clothes
Yoga mat and/or blanket
A favorite stuffy (optional!)
Willingness to slow down, move, and connect

YOUR GUIDE

We will cover the basic components of a natal chart:
Elements
Modes
Sun, Moon & Rising sign
Signs
Houses

We will identify your Sun, Moon & Rising Signs during the workshop. Understanding astrology terminology will help you explore how the energy manifests in your life.

Instructions for pulling your natal chart will be emailed after your registration to class. Please bring a printed version of your natal chart to the class. If you need assistance, please contact Robin at the email listed below.

Are you ready to unlock the hidden currents of energy within your body and channel vitality into your life?

Join us for “Unlock Your Vital Energy: A Study of the Prana Vayus,” a transformative workshop led by Courtney Sutherland of Unlocking You Yoga Therapy. Dive deep into the five main currents of subtle energy, known as the Prana Vayus, and discover how they influence your physical and energetic well-being. Through guided meditations, reflective journaling, and practical techniques, you will learn to assess and enhance the flow of energy within your body.

Throughout the session, you will explore each of the Prana Vayus—Udana, Prana, Samana, Apana, and Vyana—each representing a different aspect of energy flow and physiological function. Participants will engage in a variety of practices, including pranayama, mudras, and asana designed to activate and balance these vital energies. By understanding how optimal energy flow supports bodily systems and overall health, you will gain insights into addressing chronic blockages and enhancing your vitality.

Courtney Sutherland has been practicing yoga since 1998 & began teaching yoga in 2008. She has an E-RYT500 Yoga Teacher certification from Yoga Alliance & an 800 CIAYT certification with the International Association of Yoga Therapists since 2022. This class is eligible for 2-hours CEU through Yoga Alliance.
