Ancestral Healing – Night Two ✨
Tonight we deepened the work.
Participants shared experiences and traditions from their lineages. Together, we began weaving a communal tapestry, symbolizing how our individual stories are threads in a much larger ancestral design.
Deepening their reverence with those that came before them, both immediate ancestors and those from thousands of years ago. We closed with a guided meditation to build a safe, grounded inner container—learning how to invite our ancestors in from a place of sovereignty, protection, and love.
The remembering is powerful: when we heal, the entire lineage shifts. 🤍
