Energy to Heal

Good energy in versus stressors. That’s what you need know to have energy to heal. What are the good energies for you and what are your stressors? In the office, Dr. Julie provides good energy in with the adjustments, body work, and red light laser. Though the Morphogenic Field Technique, she attempts to identify those environmental energies that are stressors and provide energies to counter those.

This should be straight forward: Eat the good foods, stay away from the bad. The problem is that you are the combination of both your genes and your microbiome, or your gut and skin ‘creatures’ as one of my patients say. According to estimates, your microbiome out number your own cells as much as 10:1 and as little as 1.3:1. Either way, your ‘creatures’ are influencing your system whether you like it or not.

Generally speaking, it is possible to reduce your stressors by staying away from processed foods, drinking water, and moving regularly. All of these have been shown to increase the number of good microbes in your gut. However, sometimes healthy food can feed bad microbes and create inflammation. Ever had a green smoothie that didn’t sit right? Or try a new supplement and become constipated?

Morphogenic Field Technique is an energy technique that Dr Julie uses to help identify the environmental energies - like certain foods - that are causing stress on your cells or your microbiome, and then and provide good energies - like herbs and spices - that can alter your microbiome and reduce stress. Many people find that they can return to eating good foods without bloating or other troubling side effects in a couple of months.
