I am so excited, honored and blessed to share that I have added the final touches to my sacred reiki healing space!!

Each 60 minute session is so personal and sacred. As I channel the universal life force energy of reiki for my clients I also use intuition to guide me in adding other modalities, customizing a unique and very personal experience. Other modalities may include the use sound healing instruments, (drum, chimes, gong, tuning forks), breath-work, meditation, and even intuitive Oracle card readings during a session.

Know that whatever is meant for you will be what you will receive, you will leave feeling relaxed, balanced and calm. ☺️

I love how these lights that my daughter got me for my birthday light up my gong in my new Reiki space. It is really coming along.

I have had some people signing up for sessions and my website is glitching at the moment and not letting them enter the discount. Please know that I will be honoring the discount!! I have a call in to support for my hosting site to get it all figured out soon. In the meantime you can still book your time with me by clicking pay later and just fill in the pertinent info.

Day 12 | A Blessing for the New Year 🤍

As we complete these 12 Days of Rest, my heart is overflowing with gratitude.
Thank you for allowing me to hold space for you during this sacred season. It is an honor beyond words.

Thank you for showing up for yourself.
For choosing to slow down.
For choosing rest.
For honoring your body and spirit in a world that so often asks us to keep doing, producing, striving.

May you carry this remembrance into the new year:
that rest is not something you must earn.
That the pause is sacred.
That your body’s whispers are worthy of listening to.

Return to these meditations whenever your body asks for rest.
Come back again and again—to soften, to breathe, to remember.

I am overflowing with excitement and gratitude and just had to share…

Today I signed a contract to rent a space for individual Reiki sessions—only 5 miles from home—at the beautiful Moonlit Meadows Apothecary in Marion 🌙✨

This has been a dream of mine for over 5 years. To finally be able to offer Reiki in my very own sacred space filled with peaceful, nurturing energy that feels so incredibly aligned and magical.

If you’ve ever felt curious about Reiki or felt called to experience this gentle, healing energy, I would be honored to share it with you 🤍
