Meet Jenna!
Jenna is a personal trainer at Performance Health and Fitness. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Iowa. During her time at Iowa, she completed strength and conditioning internships where she gained hands-on experience helping individuals of all ages. Jenna’s love for fitness began in high school, where she participated in volleyball, track and field, and cross country.
Whether someone is brand new to the gym or looking to take their training to the next level, Jenna strives to create an environment that feels encouraging and fun. She is passionate about helping people move their bodies in ways that make them feel strong, capable, and confident.
Outside of the gym, Jenna enjoys weightlifting, playing sand volleyball and tennis, going line dancing, and hanging out with friends and family. She also loves trying new coffee shops- her go-to order is almost always an iced vanilla latte.
