AT&T has been notified about the problems with the office phone. They are researching. I have found out that customers with Spectera phone service get a busy signal when they call and people with Cricket can call the office and I can answer, but I can't hear them and they can't hear me. Customers that have AT&T and government issued phones can call my office without any issues. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.

I have just been informed that people with Verizon have been getting the message "Your call can not be completed as dialed. Please check the number and try your call again" when they call the office number. People with AT&T don't seem to have this issue. I am in the office today until at least 5pm. I will be in tomorrow from 10am-5pm. If you are an established patient and I have texted you from the office cell, please text or call that number if you can't reach me on the office phone.
