Most of the time, this is patellofemoral pain syndrome, where irritation occurs between the kneecap (patella) and the leg bone (femur).

Do you have low back pain that just won’t go away?

A recent study found that people with chronic low back pain and Modic changes, which are degenerative changes seen on MRI scans of the spine, tended to have:

🔹 More fat in those muscles
🔹 More severe disc problems
🔹 Higher pain levels

Researchers looked at over 4,000 people with knee osteoarthritis and found that those who ate more ultra-processed foods had more pain, slower walking speed, worse daily function, and thinner cartilage.

The link was strongest in women, suggesting that diet may affect joint health differently in men and women.
