✨PROGRAM SPOTLIGHT✨

Located in the heart of London, Kentucky, Crossroads Treatment Facility is a 32-bed, all-male residential program dedicated to supporting men on their journey to recovery. Joint Commission Accredited, DOC approved and CARF (ASAM) certified, Crossroads provides a structured and supportive environment where clients can stay for up to six months, allowing the time and stability needed to promote personal growth and long-term sobriety.
The program offers a full range of services including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), individual and group counseling, and educational sessions focused on understanding the disease of addiction. Clients are guided in developing healthy coping strategies, building life skills, and addressing their individual needs, all essential steps toward sustained recovery. Crossroads compassionate and dedicated staff work closely with each client to identify community resources, ensuring a smooth and successful transition back into everyday life.
