💙Qualified Health Plan Open Enrollment is from November 1, 2025, through January 15, 2026 and we are here to answer your questions!

❓What does Qualified Health Plan (QHP) Open Enrollment (OE) mean?
✅ OE is an annual period in which Kentucky Residents can use kynect to enroll in a QHP (health insurance plan), renew, or change their existing plan for the next year freely without restrictions.

❓What happens if I miss the OE period?
✅ Residents who do not enroll in a plan during the OE period may go a year without insurance. Residents who do not renew or change plans during the OE period may go a year with similar coverage as the previous year.

❓Is there someone who can help me during OE?
✅ Yes! kynectors are available to help you for FREE! kynectors are individuals in the community who offer FREE assistance to Kentucky Residents applying for Medicaid, Qualified Health Plan (QHP), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), and other benefits.

❓How do I find a kynector near me?
✅ Call Grace Health at 888-883-9005 and ask for the Outreach worker in your area. All members of the Grace Health Outreach team are trained kynectors and would love to help sign up for a plan today.
