Hello, my name is Joey McIntosh. I have worked in the SCL waiver for over 20 years. I began my career in direct care and have worked in most areas of SCL throughout my career. I have worked as a case manager for over 11 years and look forward to meeting and helping others in the future.

Reintroducing Delores Robinson: "I have been a Case Manager since 2006 and with Martin Case Management since 2013. It's been one of the best fields to work in. Being able to hang out with the people that I serve is the best part of what I do. Witnessing each person accomplish and the smiles it puts on their face is the most rewarding to me. I enjoy spending time with each person whether it's to play a board game, paint a portrait, watch a TV show or play a video game, watch YouTube, admiring their collections, looking back at old pictures, sitting on the porch watching traffic and enjoying a Reese Cup and a nice cold pop, taking walks to enjoy the warm days, brag on their gardens, or just having good conversations with good laughs. These are the moments that will last a lifetime."

Hi! I’m Megan. I consider myself lucky enough to get to work with many of my friends and favorite people every day! I’ve never had better bosses or worked for better people, and I love being able to advocate and lift up our clientele. I love the freedom of choice in independent case management and how it allows clients to choose who they want to work with. I’m lucky that some have chosen me over the past 13 years. To me, case management is like having an extended family full of honorary cousins, and I’m happy that they can depend on me when they need the job done. 😊

Reintroducing Emille Ray. Emilee has been a dedicated case manager since 2013, with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Behavioral Neuroscience and a Master’s in Social Work focused on community-based practice. Emilee began working with waiver programs in 2010 while attending school in Rhode Island and is experienced with both the SCL and Michelle P. waivers in Kentucky. Since joining Martin Case Management in 2014, Emilee has been passionate about helping people access supports that fit their unique needs and values, building strong, lasting relationships. Outside of work, she’s an animal lover who’s always happy to work with clients who have pets (and loves seeing pet photos!). She currently serves Perry, Knott, Letcher, Breathitt, Wolfe, Harlan, and Leslie counties—and is always open to connecting!

A long overdue introduction of Dorraina "Raina" Hacker. She says, "I love being a case manager. I transitioned from being a case manager for the Home and Community-Based Waiver with CVADD to join Martin Case Management in August 2023. Serving as a case manager for the SCL and MP waiver has been a blessing. I found myself working as a Direct Support Professional and loved the job so much that I stayed in the field for 8 years. I served as a Supported Employment Specialist, Day Training Supervisor, and Training Coordinator. I loved working in the field advocating for those who need assistance to increase their quality of life."
