My name is Latasha and I am the owner and registered/licensed Occupational Therapist for Adaptify Home Safety Solutions. I have been an Occupational Therapist for 15 years, graduating with my Master's Degree from Midwestern University, Glendale AZ, in 2008. My entire career has focused on the older adult population, as this has always been where my passion and joy lies. Throughout the past 15 years I have worked in various settings, including home health, long term care, and out-patient. I also worked as a traveling therapist for two years and had the opportunity to work in MN, NC, FL, TX, and CA. I am married with 2 children, a daughter (12) and a son (8). My hobbies include camping, yoga, dancing, crafting, and attending as many community events and activities that I can talk my family into!! I truly love my chosen career and feel so blessed every day that I get to do this for a living!

I have had MS for more than 35 years, and it finally really caught up with me. I am now using a walker all the time. Latasha quickly saw what my issues were and made excellent recommendations for improving safety both inside and outside my house. After submitting her report, she continued to reach out when she became aware of something that she thought might help. That's dedication!!

Adaptify was recommended by my husband’s neurologist. We were both somewhat skeptical of the whole process, worried about what would be found and suggested to improve our home etc. Honestly, Latasha was just the best! Very friendly, down to earth, listened to us and our concerns and offered great and affordable suggestions to improve things in our home for my husband’s safety! I would highly recommend! We have even started purchasing and implementing a few things. Thanks Latasha and Adaptify for a very positive experience!
