Tomorrow is Grief Awareness Day, and we pause in a community still mourning recent tragedy in Minneapolis—the loss that touched our hearts at Annunciation Catholic Church. At Saint Therese, we’re deeply committed to supporting one another. Our full-time pastoral care directors -- including Mollie Dvorak at Saint Therese of Corcoran, stand with residents, families, and staff through grief's difficult moments. 💜

This month at Saint Therese of Corcoran, our residents have been diving into friendly competition with Standing Bingo and a Double Elimination Cribbage Tournament. The energy has been high, the laughter contagious, and the camaraderie even stronger—it’s been a joy to watch everyone get into the game spirit! 💙🎲

💇‍♀️✨ The Radiance Salon at Saint Therese of Corcoran is officially OPEN! ✨💇‍♂️

We’re thrilled to announce the grand opening of our salon and barber shop — and what better way to kick things off than with our beautiful resident Linda, who booked the very first appointment! Her new hairstyle looks absolutely stunning and her smile says it all 💖

A warm welcome to Sherri, our salon manager — we’re so excited to have her in our community, helping our residents look and feel their best every day.

What a night!

Huge shoutout to Courtney Burton Music for an incredible performance last night — their talent lit up the stage and had everyone on their feet! 🙌🎤

Special thanks to Moments Hospice for the fun vibes and that delicious coffee bar ☕️— it was a total hit!

And of course, THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support, enjoy those mouthwatering burger baskets, and help us raise a whole lot of money for the Alzheimer's Association 💜. Your generosity and energy made the night unforgettable.

🎄☀️ Christmas in July was a BLAST! ☀️🎄

Yesterday’s Christmas in July party was filled with joy, laughter, and so much holiday spirit — even in the middle of summer! 🎅🍪

Our amazing residents had the best time building adorable graham cracker houses (yes, they were as sweet as they sound!) and singing their favorite Christmas carols with Santa himself. 🎶🏠❤️

The cookies were delicious, the smiles were contagious, and for a moment, it truly felt like December… minus the snow! ❄️☀️

Thank you to everyone who helped make this event so special — and to our residents for bringing the festive cheer. We might just make this a yearly tradition! 😉

✨🍿 Last Night Was One for the Books! 🍿✨

Our Ladies' Movie Night was a cozy, laughter-filled success! Thank you to everyone who showed up in their cutest pajamas to snack, sip, and settle in for a heartwarming viewing of Fried Green Tomatoes. 💚🎬

From fuzzy socks to fuzzy blankets, the vibes were unmatched. We laughed, we cried (Towanda! still hits every time 😭), and we were reminded just how powerful friendship and good storytelling can be.

Let’s do it again soon... maybe a pajama brunch next time? 👀💫
