Providing Primary Health Care to the whole Family. OPEN 7 days a week, 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM.

We provide primary care for children and adults of all ages who have medical conditions or symptoms and complaints. Services are available without an appointment, when you need it most. Offering for all ages: annual exams, well-child visits, diagnostics, screenings and referrals to advanced care that meets your medical and personal needs. We offer programs and services focusing on wellness, family, diet, activity and exercise to promote healthy lifestyles.
