Today, we stand in solidarity with the men and women of the Crisp County Sheriff's Office as we honor a fallen Hero, Deputy Tyee Browne.

We are so thankful for the Crisp County Sheriffs Department for all they do in our community to keep us safe.

We had such an exciting day at the Topping Out Ceremony yesterday, celebrating the final beam being placed at our new medical office building on 16th Avenue! Caroline Williams, PT, DPT represented our awesome team from Elite at the event! We can’t wait to serve our community at this state of the art facility.

ConGRADulations to our very own Olivia Bridges who is graduating from Crisp County High School this week! Olivia is an honor graduate and will be attending Georgia Southern University in the fall. She has been a vital part of our team this year and greets all of our patients with a smile! If you see her tell her congrats! We are so proud of you, Olivia!
