🎉 Huge congratulations to Lauren Halstead, our Assistant Chief Operating Officer and Risk Manager, as she celebrates her 10th anniversary with CareConnect Health!🎉

Lauren joined us in 2015 as Operations Manager. Demonstrating exceptional dedication, she secured the dual title of Operations Manager and Risk Manager in 2023. Her momentum hasn't stopped: in 2025, she was promoted to Assistant COO, continuing her role as Risk Manager.

Lauren says she loves that "no two days are alike" on the job—and when she's not working, you might find her shopping or cruising! (She's hitting her 12th cruise in January 2026!)

Thank you, Lauren, for a decade of leadership and dedication!
