Did you know that the mineral composition between our bodies and Earth are closely related?

*oxygen is the most abundant element in our body and the most abundant element in the Earth's crust.
*75% of our ashes consist of calcium and magnesium which are the 2 most plentiful elements in the Earth's crust.
*Our bodies are made up of 2/3 water and the Earth's surface is 2/3 water

Since we are so similar, doesn't it make sense to get all of our nutritional and health needs directly from plants and fruits grown from the Earth?

Oregano infused in olive oil will give great flavor to roasted vegetables. Plus it is a great antiviral and antibacterial herb. Side note: A little bit goes a long way.
