A lot of people ask whether my work is more relaxation-based or therapeutic, the answer is both.

Intuitive massage responds to what your body tells me in the moment. I work slowly, intentionally, and with deep listening to calm the nervous system, release tension, and support emotional + physical restoration.

This work is gentle but powerful.
It’s not about pushing past pain, it’s about partnering with your body to heal. 🤍

Today I’m reflecting on the quiet kind of gratitude… the kind that isn’t loud or picture–perfect, but is born through healing, rebuilding, and trusting God in the in–between.
Gratitude isn’t pretending everything is easy…
It’s choosing to see God’s faithfulness in every circumstance.

This Thanksgiving, I’m thankful for the people God places in my path… the ones I’m blessed to serve, pray with, and walk alongside in their healing journey.
May we enter this week with open hands and surrendered hearts, grateful for what was, what is, and what will be in Him. 🤍🍂
