The Home hosted a pumpkin decorating competition for staff to tap into their creative side. From hamburgers to cookie monsters, there was a pumpkin for everyone’s taste. 1st place goes to rehab, 2nd place goes to the activities team, and 3rd place goes to the dining team. 🎃

The ASBEE Kosher BBQ Contest was a day for the books! Even though the weather wasn’t the best, we still had an amazing time as a team at the Carnivore Carnival. We also couldn’t leave without a trophy; we won 3rd place for best team name! Until next year!

Another successful food truck Friday in the books! We had Say Cheese at the Home for staff and residents to enjoy. The weather was a little chilly, but a warm grill cheese definitely helped. Thanks to for stopping by! 🧀

We enjoyed a family bingo night at the Home! A time with friends, resident, and family, filled with food, fun prizes, and memories. Thank you to everyone who came out for the fun!

Happy Breast Cancer Awareness Month! It is also and the Home is supporting our fighters, survivors, and those lost by wearing pink. We hope that this October you remember, hope is stronger than fear 🎀

Sukkot at the Home was a sweet time with residents, staff, and our community. We had lunch under the Sukkah every day, along with services. We hope everyone has enjoyed their Sukkot so far!

We hosted our local police officers at the Home for brunch! They could stop in and grab a quick bite to go or sit with some of our residents for a little morning break. Who doesn’t love chicken and waffles while on the clock?! 🚔🚨

Our residents enjoyed their Yom Kippur and Break the Fast last night at the Home with friends and family. Thank you to our amazing volunteers who were a part of Yom Kippur festivities at the Home!

The Rosh Hashanah activities have already begun at the Home! The residents enjoyed a Rosh Hashanah party with live music, apple pies, and family. We also had a visit from the Bornblum Jewish Community School students for a Rosh Hashanah-themed art class. We are so grateful to the Ben and Larisa Baer Jewish Activities Fund for making events like these possible. We wish everyone a healthy and happy new year.
