My little shop has fed over 2100 people this month🙌🏼. I am so thankful to all my weekly customers, churches, pharmaceutical reps, those who gave me the honor of catering their weddings, rehearsal dinners, baby and bridal showers, senior breakfasts, other special events and bereavement meals as well as walk in customers for supporting my small business. I have been very blessed.

That being said, I am taking off this weekend through Monday evening to spend time with my family. Thank you for understanding! I’ll be rested up and ready to sling some food Tuesday!

Guess what I’m making extras of🍏🍏. Canned fillings are ugly words in this shop. **not fried pies—just too hot for that, and I’m still not 100% from my injury.

We will have a change in hours this week. When all three ovens and 14 gas burning stove eyes are in use, it becomes miserable in this shop. The AC just can’t keep up.

We are planning on arriving at 5am to begin prepping and leaving around noon. I can always walk over from the house if you need me to open up for you.

Hot as blue blazes in this shop after making ten XL pans of meats and casseroles and baking 200 cookies for an event 🥵, but I love my job.
