It’s been laid on my heart to have a fundraiser for A Place of Grace. This is the group based out of Kossuth that not only opens the warming shelter during freezing temps/inclement weather, but also provides three hot meals daily to the shelter visitors. I saw them firsthand the past two years driving side by sides on the icy roads out in the cold delivering meals to people who weren’t able to leave their home. This organization also provides clothing to victims of tornadoes or other natural disasters, hosts a monthly mobile food pantry, and also delivers food, tents, clothing, etc to the under housed.

I’m selling chances on a made from scratch fresh strawberry cake similar to the one in the photo. (The cake won’t be made until the day of pickup).

Chances are $2.50 each or 5/$10

PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE MONEY TO MY ELECTRONIC ACCOUNTS (my accountant would choke me😂). Instead, you can bring cash to my shop or my husband’s business (Crossroads Outdoor across the highway from Church of the Crossroads) OR do the following:

I’ve already had people ask if I’m making chocolate dipped strawberries for Valentine’s Day. I am recommending everyone to purchase these from the KHS Softball team. These ladies do a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. I’ll be happy to connect you with someone to order. $15/dozen is a STEAL.
