Mr. Aaron J Carlisle, 79, died on July 16, 2025 at his residence in Michie, TN. Services will take place on Sunday July 20, 2025 at 3:00pm at Liberty Church of Christ with Bro. Jeff Harvell officiating. Visitation will take place from 2:00pm until service time at the church.
Mr. Carlisle was born on August 01, 1945 in Tishomingo, MS to Andrew and Christine Brewer Carlisle.. He was a logger and was a member of Liberty Church of Christ.
Mr. Carlisle was preceded in death by his Parents, his beloved wife of 53 years, Thelma “Lulu” Carlisle, Brother: James Carlisle, Sisters: Lural Carlisle, Mary Walters, Opal Adams, and Verlon Broadway.
He is loved and remembered by, Sister-in-Law: Dorothy Jackson, Niece: Michelle “Mask” Reasons (Tim) and Judy Cook, Nephews: Windall Mask (Pam), James Dean Mask (Judy), Allen Moore, Cousin: Larry Gene Carlisle, Several Great nieces and Nephews, Special friends and Care Givers: Angie and Danny Rodgers.
Pallbearers: Nephew’s: Tim “Doug” Reason, Buddy Moore, Great Nephews: Jamie Moore, Justin Moore, James Ray Mask, Randle Mask, William Mask.

Mrs. Norma Louise Deaton, 77, died July 16, 2025 at her daughters residence in Tupelo, MS. Private graveside services will take place at the Gilvo Cemetery in Tupelo, MS, on Friday July 18, 2025 at 11:00am, with Bro. Bobby Goff officiating. Mrs. Deaton was born in Mobile, AL on August 10, 1947 to Dewey and Vida Mathis Cone. She was a retired Ward Clerk from North Mississippi Medical Center. Mrs. Deaton was a member of the East Main Church of Christ in Tupelo, MS.
She was preceded in death by: Parents, Siblings: Mack Cone, Wanda Cone, and Martha Mack, and Julia Cone.

Mr. Michael G Lindsey died on July 15, 2025 at the Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, MS. A memorial service will take place on Sunday July 20, 2025 at 2:00pm at the Woody’s Auction, 3320 North Polk Street. Visitation will take place from 1:00pm until service time.
Mr. Lindsey was born on February 06, 1961 in Alcorn County, MS to Leland and Mildred Box Lindsey. He was a carpenter and a member of the Baptist faith.
Mr. Lindsey was preceded in death by his Parents and Significant Other: Cindy Ferris.
He is loved and remembered by, Sons: Michael Lindsey (Brandy) of Shannon , MS, Daniel Lindsey of Shannon, MS, and Eric Ferris of Corinth, MS, Brothers: Kenneth Lindsey of Corinth, MS, Butch Lindsey (Annette Clemons) of Rienzi, MS, Sister: Kay Castile (Kenneth) of Corinth, MS, Grandchildren: Brady Lindsey, Kylee Ferris, Hayden Ferris, Baylee Ferris, Brodee Ferris, and Morgan (Short Legs).

Dolly Faye Howard (nee Crossnoe) of Hornbeak, TN passed away at home on 12 June 2025. Born on 9 May 1933 her long and bright life was filled with faith, family, friends, and flowers. She was active in the Tennessee-Western KentuckyUnited Methodist Conference as a Preacher’s Wife, as a parishioner in many church communities, and as a pillar of the Hornbeak United Methodist Church family. Whether we knew her as Dolly, Faye, Mom, Nannie/Nanny, fellow parishioner, neighbor, or friend she loved each of us as family and was looking out for us until she was called home by the Lord. The adventures and accomplishments of her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren brought her terrific joy. She taught us to cook, garden, decorate for the holidays in the grandest fashion, and to take care of each other.
Dolly Faye was preceded in death by her parents, Wilson and Flossie Crossnoe; her husband Reverend W. C. Howard; her sisters (Lee, Pearline, Virginia, and Linda); her daughters Sherry Mae and Janice Lynn, and son William “Bill” Howard. She is survived by a loving family including her daughter Jane Hammond (Gerald) and sons David and Michael (Arleen); her grandchildren: Kim Wayne (Kim), Melissa (Cameron), Jennifer (Michael), Kenny, William (Susan), Regina (Dusty), and Joseph; and many cherished great, great-great grandchildren, and great-great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, who all love her dearly.
A memorial service will be held at Hornbeak United Methodist Church on July 13, 2025. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery in Trenton, TN. The family is thankful to Corinthian Funeral Home and Ret. Reverend Judd Mowery for assisting with arrangements and to the skilled and kind professionals of the Hornbeak Fire Department, Jackson-Madison County General Hospital, and Gentiva Hospice.

Mrs. Shelia Marguerite Parker, died June 25, 2025 at her residence. Services will take place at the First Baptist Church in Michie, TN on Sunday June 29, 2025 at 4:00pm. Visitation will take place from 2:00 pm until service time at the church. Drs. Ben Martin and Shawn Parker will officiate. Burial will follow in the Michie Cemetery.
Mrs. Parker was born in Corinth, MS on September 13, 1946 to Mark and Velma Hughes Dees. She was a Homemaker and a Hairdresser for Thirty years. Mrs. Parker was a faithful member of First Baptist Church and served on the kitchen committee for years..
She was preceded in death by: Parents, Husband: Sammy Parker, Son: Todd Parker, Brothers: Ronnie Dees, and Charles Travis Lewey.

Mrs. Hardin was born in Alcorn County, MS on August 10, 1944 to Howard and Mary Lauderdale Willis. She was a Homemaker. Mrs. Hardin attended New Life Fellowship.

Mrs. Plaxico was born on July 28, 1945 in McNairy County, TN, to Wilson Hugh and Mary Bernie Smith Forsyth. She was member of Salem Christion Church and a homemaker.
