Billy Kyle Wilbanks (Charlie Kyle), 79, gained his heavenly wings Wednesday January 07, 2026 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. Services are planned for Saturday January 10, 5:00 pm at the Hatchie Chapel Church with Bros. Merl Dixon and Ronnie Mercer officiating. Visitation will take place from

1:00 PM until service time at the church.

Mr. Wilbanks was born in Mississippi County, Arkansas on March 11, 1946, to Kyle and Onie L Wilbanks. He was a self-employed musician/song writer. He was a member of the Country Music Association and Billboard Music Industry. He wrote and recorded the song Mississippi Going to Rise Again. In 2003 he was awarded the Gospel Vocalist of the Year Award. Mr. Wilbanks was a member of Hatchie Chapel Church.

He is preceded in death by his parents, grandson: Chris Stowell, brothers: Anthony Wilbanks, Bobby Joe Wilbanks, and Merlin Wilbanks.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife: Dimple Wilbanks of Walnut, Mississippi, son: Steven Wilbanks (Roslen) of Walnut, Mississippi, daughter: Amy W Marlar (Brett) of Rienzi, Mississippi, sister: Jeannie Dixon (Merl) of Corinth, Mississippi, Half-sister: Billie Sue Flake of Walnut, Mississippi, Grandchildren: Tanner Marlar, Anabelle Marlar, Wayne Stowell, and Brandon Stowell.

Mr. James Louis McAnally, 61, left this earth on December 18, 2025 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. Services will be 2:00 pm Monday December 22, 2025, at the Corinthian Funeral Home Chapel with Brothers Charles “Chuck” Clement and John Beavers officiating. Visitation will take place from 4:00pm- 7:00pm on Sunday December 21,2025 and from noon until service time on Monday December 22 at the Corinthian Funeral Home.

Mr. McAnally was born on November 21, 1964, in Corinth, Mississippi to Robert and Martha Dillingham McAnally. He worked as a clerk for Caterpillar and was Fire Chief for the town of Glen, Mississippi..

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother: Ricky McAnally, sister: Martha Jane Newton.

Those to carry on his memory include son: Hunter McAnally of Corinth, MS, brother: Johnny McAnally of Glen, Nephew: Andy Newton of Corinth, MS, Great Nephews: Rylan Newton and Sebastian Newton of Corinth, Mississippi.

Pallbearers: Firemen from the Glen Fire Department.

Honorary Pallbearers: All county Fire Chiefs.
