I offer counseling services in Corinth, MS and Southaven, MS for individuals, adults, and couples utilizing various approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solutions-focused therapy, EMDR, Gottman, and mindfulness techniques. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology and my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Texas A&M University-Commerce in Commerce, Texas.
