PSA: If your birth year starts with 19… your back wants you at the table 🎁🪑

Sitting on the floor puts your spine in a rounded position for way too long. Add twisting and reaching, and it’s no surprise your back feels it later. A table and chair help you sit taller, reduce strain, and move more as you go.

Your back doesn’t need perfect posture. It just needs a better setup and a little movement.

Can I just say that we feel awful that we left out the peanut butter and chocolate chip cookie 🍪 options on this poll. Your comments have been heard, and we will do better in the future😂.
