Meet Grayson: an LPC-Associate who believes therapy should be real and relational✨

With a foundation in CBT integrated with mindfulness, she specializes in couples, people-pleasers, anxiety, and depression. Her style is structured and warm - she'll keep you focused on what matters while giving you space to lead the way.

Grayson believes therapy doesn’t have to be weird, stiff, or painfully serious all the time. Sometimes things are hard and sad… and sometimes they’re undeniably funny. She’s a real, fallible human in the room with you, where perfection is not the goal.

Outside the therapy room, you’ll find her playing with her dog, watching sports, rotating between book clubs, playing video games, or deep-diving on YouTube.

Her mantra?

The only thing we can control in life is ourselves, and there is so much power to be found in that. 🙌

✨ Meet Emily! ✨

Emily is a LPC-Associate (supervised by Hannah Grossman, LPC-S) who brings a warm, person-centered approach to counseling. She specializes in grief and loss, family-of-origin work, and expressive arts in counseling. She integrates CBT, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and other therapeutic techniques to create a tailored approach for each clients’ unique needs.

As an alumni from UNT and TWU, she now lives in Plano with her husband and their cat, Prismo. When she’s not in session, she enjoys crafting, baking, traveling, and spending time outdoors.

Emily is currently accepting new clients! She accepts Aetna, and offers a $75 cash-pay rate. She primarily works with individual adults, and has limited availability for teens, couples, and families.
