Meet Hannah!

Hannah came for rehab after knee surgery to get back to her busy life without pain. She succeeded! With a strength and mobility progression, she can now walk, move, and work with little to no pain!

Jumping for joy that Age Fit has made it 4 years now! .....as of July 19th....what can we say? Been busy running a business over here 🤷‍♀️

But we didn't want to go too long without reflecting on all the accomplishments it took to make it another year.

We thank out wonderful staff and our amazing clients because we couldn't have made it without you all 💚

📢 PRN Physical Therapist 📢

Our owner and only treating therapist needs time off every now and then and we are looking for a PRN PT who can help cover these days.

* Half days to full days
* All sessions are 1 on 1 for 40 mins
* If you love it here, we anticipate needing another full time therapist soon!

Meet Annice!

She came to Physical Therapy with neck and shoulder pain and balance problems.
After some hands on work, strengthening, and balance training she....

😴 Has no pain when sleeping
👕 Can put on her jacket independently
✋️ Can reach higher surfaces

Our schedule exploded the past few weeks! We are down to only 3 openings for the remainder of next week even after extending hours. If you need to get on the schedule, let us know now, because we do expect them to fill in quick!

Meet Johnny!

Johnny was experiencing worsening shoulder pain which was preventing him from working out and enjoying life.

We worked on strengthening and stability at and around the shoulder and some pain management strategies for arthritis flare ups.

His pain is now under control with significantly improved range of motion and his strength is up and coming!
