Meet Ken!

An old nagging injury was keeping Ken from doing work duties and recreational activities to the standard he wanted to do them.
We worked on strengthening, mobility, and knee control and now Ken is making good headway to his goals with very minimal pain and he's set with a solid home program to keep working towards a healthy lifestyle!

Meet Ron!

Ron is one of our FUNctional Fitness members. He and his wife have attended classes for nearly 2 years. We had to keep programming classes with more difficulty to keep up with his progress.

A bout of pneumonia tried to steal his thunder, but stronger people are harder to kill. Ron completed a few weeks of Physical Therapy to get him moving safely again and he is back in group fitness classes doing burpees again!

Meet Laura!

Laura developed some shoulder pain that was interfering with her every day life and she was concerned that the pain was progressively worsening and returning at an increasing rate.

Some targeted hands on work and strengthening got her back into the CrossFit gym and doing her ADLs pain free!
