At almost 58 my yoga practice has drastically changed. I include hard core mobility work to strengthen my joints and full range of motion in each so that I can load more weight while lifting and safely do all of the things I love to do! I have specialized in yoga for athletes for about 13 years now, and the past 3 years have landed a speciality in pre and post surgical work which lends heavily to my mobility training. Join me for one of my classes, have a laugh and learn to embrace what makes you uncomfortable. W1 is my least favorite warrior!
