I work with everyone, from the tight and tired athlete to the overworked and exhausted mom. My goal is to help everyone realize the connection and control they have over their physical and mental well being through yoga. SPECIALTIES:

Half moon on the wall when you are almost 7’ tall, no laughing matter…yet he is laughing! Love working with this couple and watching them commit to themselves and each other so they can remain strong for years to come!

To live in gratitude is hard, and requires a true daily practice of discipline and understanding that even the bad days serve a purpose. On 11:11 I always stop and practice a long meditation of grateful thought. Here’s a few that popped into my mind and I actually have some visuals 🤣

1-35 yrs ago this Veteran took me on our first date to a soccer game and I’m still in awe of the life we have built
2-I am lucky enough to still be sharing wellness with groups in my own space overlooking Lake Norman
3-Steamy sunsets from inside the sauna seriously clear the brain
4-More time goofing off with my fabulous sister
5-Spit bubbles on the sweetest old gal ever
6-He still brings me flowers 🥰
7-I have an amazing group of best friends who have seen me through it all!
8-My 2 sons that couldn’t be more different, but still super close

Nothing crazy here, just normal stuff. I’m so grateful for the veterans that have fought, and those that continue to put themselves second behind defending our freedoms. 🇺🇸 🙏🏼

Stop caring what people think and beYOUtiful! A true yoga practice, like a sunrise is internal, and doesn’t need to be acknowledged. Some days it’s colorful and gorgeous, other days cloudy and stormy.

I have already reached out to my clients personally, but just in case you are new and planning on coming to deep stretch or flow Wed classes this week or next, I’m MIA. ☮️ Tuesdays still on 👍🏼

•Tues 12pm Functional Mobility (strengthen the joints, strengthen the body)
•Wed 10am Deep Stretch (active and passive)
Wed 1:30pm Slow Flow (like I taught in studios for 13 yrs)

I don’t post much these days, as I don’t gain business from IG, and I don’t think my life is that exceptionally interesting! But for those that see me out and ask where I am-here you go! This is your reminder to pause: check your relationship with the simple stuff …family, friends and such.

I have been spending loads of time with family, friends and clients and about to take off for more. It fuels the soul and makes me more creative and balanced when working. Missing a photo with !

21 yrs ago my husband gave me an antler chandelier for my 35th birthday for the mountain house we knew we wanted one day. It has hung in many “suburban” houses, never conveyed to buyers that wanted it…and I’m so stoked to know this week it is being hung in our mountain house. Never stop manifesting! The power of intention is strong!

Feeling twisted up w/stress? It’s almost February…look for signs of spring and little blessings. Count the robins in the yard, stretch and count your inhales and exhales…anything to change your focus from the stress. Couple of changes to my schedule this week and next due to life’s stresses 😜

Tues 12pm Functional Mobility
Wed NO CLASSES, due to a voluntary stress I have added to my life that needs attention

Week of 2/3 NO CLASSES as I will be moving my 88yr old father 🙏🏼
