What I Do

I provide Gottman Method Couples Counseling to couples needing premarital and/or marriage counseling. This begins with a thorough, research-based assessment which clarifies the strengths and needs of each couple. With this information, I collaborate with clients to develop clear treatment goals and a treatment plan. I have found this process most beneficial in helping couples work through their challenges and reach increased stability and overall satisfaction in their relationships. I also integrate Christian counseling for those interested in integrating their spiritual and emotional development in their therapy process.

I help couples dealing with the devastation of infidelity in their marriage. I have found that often these couples need an experienced guide to help in restoring their relationship. I have the tools and experience to help guide you through this difficult process.

My style is warm and engaging but practical. I am creative and strive to find what works for each client. I like to give practical, hands-on assignments when appropriate. I want to help clients reach their goals and improve their quality of life.
