These dancers came right from pointe class. One coming off an ankle sprain, the other the infamous popping hips. Each are dedicated to keeping themselves dance ready. If you are interested in Pilates for your dancer reach out. We teach mat classes 2 Sundays a month and the alternating Sundays. Apparatus sessions in our Cornelius studio Saturdays 10:15-2pm by appointment.

Long post- I have come full circle as a Pilates teacher. 20+ years ago gave me my first real Pilates teaching job. I was still working a 60+ hour a week corporate job and teaching out of my house but my passion has always been dance, dance is what got me to Pilates! I’ve since built a successful studio in Cornelius and carved out my niche with the mature population looking to maintain and stay strong to continue living life to the fullest. Today reopened the door for me they allowed me to teach their dancers! My new push is teaching dancers; Pilates the way Joseph Pilates intended!!!

Solo showcase waiting for ._ to take the stage! So glad I got the observer band, we’ll run, thoughtful, professional staff and awesome setup! Highly recommend for any dancer transitioning to the college dance team world.
