Pilates Physique Pilates Physique is a full service Pilates Studio that serves the Lake Norman, NC area. All sessions by appointment. Register and pay online.

Private, Semi-private and Group Classes are offered thru Pilates Physique in Cornelius, NC. We offer small group apparatus in studio and currently all group mat classes are offered via zoom. Register for class to receive zoom link. Three privates required for all new students to Pilates Physique. We support our local community and hope to provde service for all fitness and financial levels.

Long post- I have come full circle as a Pilates teacher. 20+ years ago gave me my first real Pilates teaching job. I was still working a 60+ hour a week corporate job and teaching out of my house but my passion has always been dance, dance is what got me to Pilates! I’ve since built a successful studio in Cornelius and carved out my niche with the mature population looking to maintain and stay strong to continue living life to the fullest. Today reopened the door for me they allowed me to teach their dancers! My new push is teaching dancers; Pilates the way Joseph Pilates intended!!!

NEW 8/20 6:30pm jump w/mat
8/23 10:15am mat

Mat classes have 8 spots, jump w/mat only 5. Mat only for 11 and younger.

Privates always available by appointment.

All classes at Pilates Physique in Cornelius, NC.

Disclaimer: I teach Pilates to dancers as another means of cross training and, they will learn the same terminology and exercises the way all my students do. I can simply relate why what we’re doing in Pilates will assist and benefit all their other dance and cross training. 😉
