Hello everyone!
It’s been a while since I’ve shared an update here. I wanted to give myself time for things to settle after my most recent shift in direction. As many of you know, I’ve always had a tendency to take on multiple big projects at once—sometimes not even knowing what’s coming next.
This year, I’m choosing to be more intentional. 2026 is about streamlining, focusing, and fully stepping into the areas I’ve grown to specialize in over the past decade.
Over the last two years, teaching massage has become a true passion of mine. Stepping into the role of Program Director at NC Massage School during a time of major change only deepened that passion—not just for the craft itself, but for the emotional responsibility that comes with it.
Teaching has also fueled my curiosity and commitment to understanding the body-mind connection, especially how safe, intentional touch can support trauma healing. I’ve spent time researching, training in different modalities within the bodywork field, and studying their effects through a psychological lens.
Through it all, I continue to be humbled and inspired by what I’ve witnessed firsthand.
With that, I’ve made the decision to rebuild my personal practice, as I still serve the community through teaching, with a deeper focus on this work—offering sessions designed specifically to support those on their healing journey.
I’m incredibly excited to relaunch In Tune Body & Soul with this renewed intention, and I’m grateful to share this next chapter with all of you.
Here’s to growth, purpose, and meaningful work. Stay Tuned...💛
