When I learned about the concept of "flow" from positive psychology in undergrad, I was sold. This state of mindfulness combined with something slightly challenging can boost your mood, productivity, and overall confidence. Some examples include: exercising, playing an instrument, reading and for a lucky amount of people - their job! What brings you into a flow state?
