Anyone else ready for spring? 🌷 We welcomed spring with an evening of creativity and connection — making beautiful wreaths together as a team! It was more than just a fun craft night; it was a celebration of the amazing women who make our clinic a warm, welcoming space for every child and family we serve.

🌟 March is Developmental Disability Awareness Month! 🌟

Lake Norman Children’s Therapy is passionate about spreading awareness and support for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Here are a few ways to celebrate the cause: support programs or initiatives that make life better for individuals with developmental disabilities; wear orange; talk with others to share your awareness or stories; or increase your awareness by reading a book or watching a documentary about developmental disabilities.
We are celebrating the month by supporting and participating in The Sweet Fun run next Saturday (March 23rd).
While we are totally going for the sweet treats at the end of every lap, this event raises funds for a program called Speed for Need, which assists individuals with developmental and other disabilities to participate in races by providing specialized racing wheelchairs and a volunteer to push them to the finish line!
