I like that they're invisible, and they take care of everything. On my life, it's no inconvenience, but it makes my son's life much better. The caregiver has helped the most by just being here to take care of my son and taking him to appointments. He knows he has someone he can talk to or discuss his problems with. I don't have to worry about him or his medicine.

My mom has diabetes, and one of the things they don't do is administer insulin shots. I would like to see that happen. The services are very good. We have had a couple of times where the services haven't been good but that has been rectified. (We have recently been licensed to provide nursing services so we can now administer shots)
