I forget that we are literally 20 years apart because from the day we met at my first job in Asheville you were so mature and such an old soul - wise beyond your years and way more wise than I ever was at 24! Today is my “Friday” and I wanted to share a self-care tip! After 4-5 Massage Therapy shifts I am ready for some self-care for sure! My go to lately is this amazing neck and shoulder heating pad I won 2 Christmas’s ago at an elephant gift exchange (you can get it on Amazon) and my friend heartwood CBD lotion- so good! Just wait until she starts selling it woohoo 🙌- this combo has been taking away any muscle tension in my upper body in between my own massage appts where I receive bodywork! I have also been using my Theracane for more difficult knots!

I prefer to practice massage barefoot - I feel more grounded in my body therefore giving a more grounded massage to you 🙌❤️✨ BUT it gets tricky in the winter so longs socks and crocs it is because I can slip them off quickly ! For more fashion trends and tips from me maybe check back next year 😂
