My experience is when My trainer Ryan and physical therapist worked closely together throughout my recovery to strengthen my shoulder, which played a huge role in speeding up the healing process. They communicated regularly to make sure my rehab exercises were aligned with my training goals, gradually increasing intensity while making sure I stayed safe. My physical therapist focused on rebuilding mobility and stability, while my trainer helped me regain strength and confidence through carefully modified workouts. Because they worked as a team, my recovery progressed much faster than expected, and I was able to return to normal activity sooner and with less discomfort.

Personal Statement: When I broke my leg I knew my recovery process would be a difficult one however Sophie started my rehab before I even went into surgery and it made all of the difference in my recovery. Sophie helped get me back on feet faster and safer than I thought and even the surgeons were surprised at how fast I was healing. Ryan started working with me for personal training before I was walking again. He adapted my workouts so that I could still as fit as possibly while I wasn't playing soccer but also keep my spirits up in this rough time. Sophie and Ryan worked together through my recovery process to make sure I was working on every aspect of my game so that I would be 100% ready to get back to playing. Even on the days that felt the hardest, I always looked forward to my appointments with them because their warm personalities and positivity made my day and made my entire process feel more manageable. I'm so grateful that Sophie and Ryan stepped in to help me in rehab process. I truly wouldn't be the same athlete I am post-surgery had it not been for their tireless dedication.

"I started working out with a friend at in motion about 5 years ago. I was hesitant at first since I’ve always been a runner and that’s my preferred way of exercising. Once I started I loved it! I’ve always been a member of a gym but would get quickly bored with going and had no one to hold me accountable, so working out with my own trainer and program specifically geared for my abilities was a game changer.
