I became interested in essential oils over a year ago. Per my allergist, I was taking double the dose of a popular over the counter drug to control my allergies. In February 2013, that OTC drug stopped working and I was miserable. Other medications were leaving me with terrible side effects. I had just about given up on ever finding a way to deal with this when a friend of mine brought over a blend of doTerra essential oils and I applied it topically. To my amazement, I found relief within minutes. After that I started investigating and exploring this "new to me" world of essential oils. I haven't taken any allergy medication since. Today, I manage my life using natural and alternative remedies, and doTerra essential oils are a big part of that.
