What an Incredible Evening of Healing & Expression!

We gathered in sacred community for my Throat Chakra Painting Class — Together, we explored the energy of the throat chakra — our center of truth, communication, and self-expression — and released what has been held inside for far too long.

Through guided meditation, and intuitive painting, we gave our voices color, texture, and form. The energy in the room was powerful — filled with courage, authenticity, and the beauty of being witnessed.

To everyone who attended: thank you for showing up for yourselves and each other. Your vulnerability and creativity were truly inspiring.

If you missed this class, I’ll be offering more chakra painting and healing events in the coming months — stay tuned for details!
