On September 30, 2022, Clinical Associates of the Southern Tier and Pathways, Inc. came together to provide and grow access to clinical services across the Finger Lakes, Southern Tier, and Rochester, New York regions.

Becoming a part of Pathways, Inc. will allow Clinical Associates to grow and expand to other communities in our region. We will continue to offer all of the current services we provide in the communities we serve and find new ways to apply our clinical resources to other areas of need.

We're excited about what the future holds as we work together to strengthen our ability to meet the needs of those we support!

Our Story

Private practice, outpatient, mental health agency offering a variety of services for individuals and families. We provide client-centered services in a solution-focused manner. Common concerns, include, marital/separation/divorce, behavioral/custody/children’s issues, panic and phobias, ADHD, anxiety, depression, extended grief and loss, eating disorders, trauma, life transition issues, work concerns/stressors, substance abuse assessment and referral.

Services are provided by highly qualified and skilled therapists with NYS credentials (LMSW, LCSW, and LCSW-R) to practice mental health therapy.

**We can bill most insurances!!

In addition to quality mental health services, we also manage Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). Employee Assistance Programs are offered by employers as a benefit to employees and their families to provide confidential counseling and supportive services on personal or professional issues that may be impacting work performance. These could include depression, anxiety, substance abuse concerns, relationship/family issues, work problems, grief/loss, stress, attention and focus problems, as well as a variety of other concerns.
