Note to patients and visitors: the parking lot directly behind our building will be closed until Tuesday, October 14 for paving. Off-street parking is available next to McDonalds on Denison Parkway or behind several other Market Street buildings.

Balance is a skill you have to build.

Your legs are your foundation for balance. As we age, we naturally lose muscle mass without resistance training. Combat this with walking, water exercises, squats, or resistance bands.

Strong legs = better stability = fewer falls.
