⭐️This weekend is both Memorial Day weekend and GlassFest in Corning. CHY has been asked by the festival to take our class offerings outside to Riverfront Park (behind Center Way Square,) this weekend as we have the last few years. The usual format is 2 unique classes each morning: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 9a and at 10.05a. However the weather may dash our plans!

As the teachers all adjusted their normal schedules in favor of the special community offering, the regular in-studio classes are not set this weekend excepting Friday Hot Sculpt at 5.30p-6.30p and Sunday Rejuvenating Vortex to be held at 11.30a (instead of its usual 11a time).

Logistics do not allow us to transition to studio offerings--if the outdoor classes are cancelled due to weather conditions we are simply 'rained out' and still offer the Friday evening and Sunday late morning class for this holiday weekend.

Cross your fingers for a break in the conditions, but please be aware of potential cancelations and the two standing in-studio options.⭐️

Unfortunately, we have to cancel TranquilNights this evening. However, we will be holding a 90-min restorative yoga class in its place from 6-7:30 p.m.

Class passes can be used and drop-ins are welcome. Please register on our website or in the app. It’s listed as “Sunday Rejuvenating Vortex” on the schedule. This is a great chance to experience the Vortex class if you haven’t gotten to yet.

Saturday the 21st, the Winter Solstice, join us as we explore muscular endurance and fortitude of will, presenting 108 cycles of Surya Namaskar.

The ultimate moving meditation this practice allows us to stoke inner fire and ride the heat and strength.
