This wasn’t an easy decision to make, but my last Tuesday vinyasa class will be on 2/24. I’ve loved this class and the opportunity to offer vinyasa on this day for almost four years (wow time flies).

I’m grateful for CHY for the opportunity to hold this space for as long as I did, and for all of my students who practiced with me. I will certainly miss you while I step away from this time slot. However, you can still catch a class with me every other Sunday at CHY if a slow flow + restorative practice is your vibe.

The two major reasons I am stepping away from teaching on Tuesdays are because I want to pour more energy into my career + continuing education, and I recently reconnected with dancing again. I grew up dancing ballet and have found myself wanting to put this muscle memory to good use again, so I will be making more time for that in my schedule (something I didn’t foresee happening once I graduated college and started practicing yoga but life surprises you).

Again, thank you, and I hope our paths continue to cross 🫶🏼
