Here's the finished water bottle sling. I followed a free pattern and tweaked how I attached the strap so it could be a crossover bag for better weight distribution. I've been on a walk with it since and it worked perfectly for I needed it to. Not bad for a quick project!

I've been going on 1-2 mile walks every evening to help prompt this baby into labor. It's been great for the exercise and for being outside. But carrying my very large water bottle around was causing my fingers to swell and hurt. This last walk, I crocheted a water bottle sling in under 2 hours while I walked and the rest of my family played at a park. Time well spent by all. Still no baby though.

Baby blanket done for my newest nephew to match his older brothers! I love making things for my loved ones and I'm so excited for this baby to join us. And, to help me get through this project and these last weeks of pregnancy, I worked the majority of this blanket while bouncing on my yoga ball. I hope it helps get something going.

Who's the crazy person that has 4 different projects due by November? Who also could have a baby in the next 2 to 4 weeks? Me. It's me. My queue: a baby blanket, secret commission, a bag, and a pair of baby booties. I'll post what I can as I work along.

This is my progress on the sedge stitch baby blanket for the upcoming arrival of another nephew. It's a (sc, 2 hdc) in ch 1 spaces across the row. I've made this square floor blanket before for my other nephews and they've loved it. Making it a nice blue will be perfect for him!

Carrying over the pink-purple color and swapping into a dark teal. You might have to really strain to see the color difference in this picture but it's noticable in person. Now the base of the bag is done and I'm working the same amount of stitches for each round to give some height.
