Savanah Foudriat, Polarity Practitioner, Polarity Yoga Instructor Polarity Therapy and Polarity Yoga clears away any blockages causing pain, stress, anxiety or fear. Savanah Sturgeon is a Certified Polarity Practitioner.

She grew up in Buxton, Maine and has known ever since she was a young girl that she was born to be a healer. She has always found joy in helping to make people feel supported, comforted and whole. In the last five years she has fallen in love with energy work and its ability to help people with various needs and of all ages. In 2010, she received her Reiki Masters and in June of 2013, she graduated from Westbrook SpaTech Institute's Polarity Therapy Program. Polarity Therapy is deep energy work that will awaken all of your body's systems to work at their highest level. A treatment session with Savanah will release your body of stress and energy blockages so that you can feel positive in your mind, body and soul. Polarity is empowering work that will bring you clarity and help to ground you in all levels of your life.
