✨Polarity Yoga creates a space to allow our energetic bodies to clear away any blockages that are causing stress, pain, anxiety or fear. Polarity brings us back to our foundation of Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth.

Come and enjoy my class that includes-

* Gentle poses that focus on clearing and centering not only ourselves but our energetic systems as well

* Meditative Breath Work- using different tones and sounds with our breath to encourage release of stress

* Elemental Balancing- each pose connects you to different Elements (Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth)
to help move out energetic blocks that are no longer supporting you

* Finishing class with a guided Energetic Clearing of your Chakras, Aura, Ida Pingala (Yin and Yang Energy) and activating your Spiraling Air Pattern followed by Savasana
