Our highest goal in the office is to create a a comfortable environment for our patients and their families, young and old! Dr. Adam takes the time necessary with each individual patient to answer all their questions and also set and reach health based goals. While we endeavor to educate our patients in the benefits for not only using chiropractic care for pain, but a lifestyle choice we find that patients seek out our care for a specific problem and we are happy to help them find relief. Dr. Adam utilizes different techniques that makes chiropractic care safe, gentle and yet still effective for expecting mothers, infants and children.

The Snowflake Trail nd Sunshine Trail are the bi-annual open houses of small businesses in Limington, Limerick and Newfield, Maine on Veteran's Day weekend and a weekend in July. Travel through the country stopping to enjoy what each shop has to offer.
