*Closed most major holidays. GENERAL POLICIES:
1) ABSOLUTELY NO shoes worn outside are allowed in the gym area as we do our best to preserve the original wood floors. Please bring gym shoes to change into once you have entered the building and before entering the fitness room, failure to do so can result in a suspended membership.

2) A shirt and enclosed shoes must be worn when using all equipment.

3) Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian present at Foothills to sign up for a membership so that all forms can be signed. Members must be 16 years or older to use the fitness center. Anyone 13-15 years old may sign up and use Foothills Fitness Center with a directly supervising adult (18 years of age or older).

4) No food or drink in the fitness area. Water is allowed in plastic capped containers and can be refilled at our bottle filling station.

5) Please wipe off all gym equipment seats, pads, handles and controls before and after use. We thank you for this courtesy as we keep a clean and healthy environment for our members and staff.

6) We provide showers for use after working out in our fitness center only, members may not come to the gym to shower only.

7) Promptly report any problems with the equipment or with other members to the Foothills Staff.

8) Membership fee are non refundable and non transferable and we do not freeze memberships unless the request is medically necessary and accompanied by a note from your doctor.

9) In order to avoid any confusion a "one month" membership is 30 consecutive days, not 30 separate visits to this facility. Your month begins the first day you sign up for the fitness center. CYBEX MACHINE POLICIES:
1) Check and adjust seat and weight settings prior to using each piece of equipment.

2) Do not drop or slam the weight plates or dumbbells.

3) When doing multiple sets, allow others to use the equipment during your resting phase.

4) Exit the equipment promptly when your workout is finished. FREE WEIGHT AREA POLICY
1) Please re-rack dumbbells and plates after use.

2) Do not drop or slam weights. CARDIOVASCULAR EQUIPMENT POLICIES:
1) Equipment use if first come first serve basis.

2) Please limit your usage to 30 minutes at one time as others my be waiting for the equipment you are on.

4) Return controls to the starting position when finished. Thank you for your cooperation! MEMBERSHIP RATES:

Our Story

Welcome to Foothills Fitness Center! Water is allowed in plastic capped containers. 3) Absolutely NO street shoes are allowed in the gym area. Please bring gym shoes to wear during your workout. 4) Please wipe off gym equipment seats, pads, controls, etc. when you are finished. We thank you for this courtesy. The only person you may sign up is yourself. 3) Please limit your usage to 30 minutes at one time. 4) Return controls to the starting position when finished. Thank you for your cooperation!
