Let your mind, body and spirit experience an enormous shift in energy promoting your highest good and highest healing. I use Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy and Divine guidance to assist in rejuvenating areas of the body where energy is stuck or blocked and may be storing emotional trauma on a physical level. The meditations offered are meant to help decrease stress, improve mental clarity and energy and foster creativity. Meditation is an excellent tool to incorporate into your daily life, especially during times of distress. The practice of meditation is shown to improve cell health, balance hormone level, mitigate anxiety and reduce blood pressure. Beginners are welcome. Gotta start sometime! In a supportive environment I create space for my clients using a variety of modalities by incorporating certain aspects of the Primary Food Wheel, which, by the way, has very little to do with the food on your plate. It encompasses areas of your life such as joy, spirituality, creativity, finances, career, education, health, physical activity, home cooking, home environment, relationships and social life. At times I also utilize the Tarot and the pendulum to assist in your experience and growth.
