At Stilla we try to lead a peaceful, mindful life, through Yoga, Meditation, Massage and organic gardening. Nestled in the mountains of Cornwall, Ct., surrounded on three sides by Mohawk state forrest, we offer Yoga, meditation, massage, and organic food.

I am very excited by this day. This ordinary yet extraordinary day. A random Thursday in December. Not the solstice, but close. Not the full moon, not the new. Not the New Year, or Christmas, or my birthday (well, maybe) Nothing special about today. Or is there? 😇
