Get to know one of our newest additions to the Yoga on C team - Kirsten Mendoza!✨

Kirsten was initially drawn to yoga in 2014 after taking her first aerial class. As thrilling as it was to be upside down, she soon found that mat classes were more personally fulfilling. In 2017 she had a ‘quarter life crisis’ fueling her to venture across the world solo. On this backpacking trip she completed her 200hr teacher training at Krishna Village Centre of Yogic Studies in NSW, Australia.

Kirsten believes yoga is more than just a workout or a good stretch; yoga is just as much for the heart and soul as it is for your physical body. She strives to create an organic class that weaves together self love and playfulness with alignment.

✨Winter Solstice Rest & Restore with 🌙

Celebrate the Winter Solstice and welcome the return of the light with an evening of connection, reflection, and deep relaxation.

This sacred gathering will include an Earth Altaring Ritual inspired by astrological wisdom, meditation, restorative yoga, and a soothing sound bath. Distance reiki will be offered during class, culminating in an extended savasana🧘‍♀️

Each participant will take home a handcrafted candle, lovingly made by to continue the practice of intention setting at home.
