Welcome to my page! I'm a Somatic Therapist and Speaker. This page allows us to connect through my blog & provide information on upcoming events.

Providing support to individuals, groups, families, and organizations via various modalities of therapy and educational workshops & trainings. Some of the modalities include, Somatic Experiencing, Touch Skills bodywork, Healing attachment wounds and Early Developmental Trauma, as well as short-term workshops, coaching, crisis debriefing, and proactive organizational support.

I specialize in early development, trauma, attachment repair, and boundaries, including somatization. Using mountains as a metaphor for physical boundaries, I emphasize the significance of boundaries in our lives, particularly as somatic therapists. Boundaries are also a critical concept to teach to our clients. Living without boundaries can lead to a life filled with stress, anxiety, and potential abuse. Natural rhythms are key to a peaceful, joyful life. Look at the ocean tides. The sun rises and sets, and the wind currents clean the air. Nature has rhythm and repetition.
Let 2024 be a year where we listen to our own body's rhythms. Healthy sleep and wake cycles, activity, and rest in balance. Hunger and satiation, times of movement , and times of stillness. Spending time in the community as well as time alone valuing our own being.
In January, many people make resolutions, but if our body's natural rhythm is not balanced, most of us will not be able to meet our goals. Befriend your body, take care of yourself this new year.
