@ jaibaji Plastic Surgery. This patient had previous breast surgery and she was concerned about symmetry and shape of the breast. She went revision breast surgery to achieve symmetry and improved projection.

revision breast lift/reduction surgery is by common and can be done for various reasons, including asymmetry, poor scars, the need for breast size change such as augmentation or reduction.

Vertical breast reduction also known as lollipop scar eliminate the scar under the breast and gives a more balanced shape with improved breast projection.

The surgery is usually performed under general anesthesia and takes 2-3 hours to complete.
Full recovery is anywhere from 6-8 weeks and the final shape around 6 months.

following nose trauma and surgery. The nose tip collapsed and he had breathing difficulty.
Revision rhinoplasty was performed and both the shape and breathing improved after surgery.

Question: is cartilage graft needed in revision rhinoplasty.? Generally speaking cartilage graft is needed in some revision cases. In this case rib graft was used to support the tip and improve his breathing.
The choice of the graft will depend on the case and after a formal consultation with Dr. Jaibaji.

with correction of breathing problems and improving the shape. She had rhinoplasty about 30 years ago. This procedure required cartilage graft to the nose to correct the collapsed nasal valve.

Common question, can a revision rhinoplasty help the breathing? In general revision is done to correct either the shape or breathing problems and many times both. Revision are usually more complex procedures and require experience and in many cases cartilage graft is required. Swelling takes longer to subside.

Micro and Nano fat grating to the face is a common procedure for enhance the texture of the skin and add volume. It can be done as a sole procedure to the face or in combination with face and neck lift.

this delightful client had grade 3 gynecomastia with large ar**la. The was removed and the ar**la reduced to give a more natural look. He is very pleased with the results and we are delighted to have him as a patient.

in general is divided into 4 grade where grade is the milder form and grade 4 which looks like a full breast.

Most cases of are pubertal and can be painful. However, certain medications and hormonal disorders can cause enlargement of the male chest.

Treatment is usually surgical with a combination of excision of the gynecomastia tissue and liposuction of the chest.
