Join Us for Junior Verified Matchplay at the Coronado tennis Center this Saturday January 10!

Looking to get competitive match experience and improve your UTR?

Our Verified Matchplay event is open to junior players with a UTR of 1-2.99 & 3-5. Players will be grouped based on their UTR or skill level to ensure competitive, level-based matches.

Don’t have a UTR? No problem! Just let us know your tennis experience, and we’ll find the right match for you.

What to Expect:
Competitive, level-based play
Guaranteed at least two matches within a three-hour window
Match format: Best of two full sets with a 10-point tiebreaker in place of a third set
Easy scheduling – match times will be posted on the UTR event page under "Draws"

Entry & Refund Policy:
If a player doesn’t get to start a second match due to a withdrawal or an odd number of players, we will refund 50% of the entry fee (excluding UTR’s verified fee).

No refunds once draws have closed – thank you for understanding.

Winter Break Tennis Camp at the Coronado Tennis Center

Keep your kids active, engaged, and improving on the courts during winter break. Our Winter Break Tennis Camp is designed to build confidence, consistency, and a love for the game in a fun, competitive environment.

Dates: December 22–24
Time: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Coronado Tennis Center

Players will enjoy a mix of:
• Game-based drills
• Tactics and strategy
• Rules and etiquette
• Point play and competition
• Technique development
• Team games and fun match play

Each day combines skill development, strategy, and game-based drills to keep players motivated while improving their overall game. It’s a great opportunity to stay active, make new friends, and bring some holiday energy to the courts.

Thanksgiving Tennis Camp – Coronado Tennis Center

Spend your Thanksgiving break on the courts at the Coronado Tennis Center! From November 24–26, players ages 8–14yrs can join us from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day for a fun, high-energy tennis.

Campers will enjoy a mix of point play, mini tournaments, game-based drills, and on-court strategy that will sharpen their skills while keeping the atmosphere fun and engaging.

Details:

Dates: November 24–26
Time: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Ages: 8–14 years
Location: Coronado Tennis Center
Fee: $240 (Resident) | $300 (Non-Resident) for the full camp

What to Bring: Tennis Racket (we have loaners if you don't have your own), Athletic apparel, non marking sports shoes, Sun protection, refillable water bottle, lunch and snacks.

Earlier today, we discovered that two of our staff email accounts were compromised. If you received a strange invitation email from coronado@impactactivities.com

We’ve already taken steps to secure the accounts and are investigating the incident thoroughly. There’s no indication of a larger breach, but we’re sharing this out of an abundance of caution.

Last week of Summer junior tennis camps start Monday!

We have 2 camps running next week for juniors at the Coronado tennis center.

Courts to Coast: Full day camp 9am-3:30pm. Kids enjoy mixed sports and activities at Mathewson Park, then hit the tennis courts and finally the Coronado Beach in the afternoon.

Tennis Only option: If you are interested in your child joining the tennis only portion of the camp please add this info to notes in the registration form. *Prices are listed for Res and Non Res players on the form.

High Performance Junior Camp: Open to juniors with a UTR rating of 1.5 and above. This camp runs 11am-3pm at the Coronado tennis center. For any players that are preparing for high school tennis season....this would be your chance to get a solid week of training in before try outs.
